1.Brief Introduction:
Taian Shelley Engineering Co., Ltd is a professional manufacture in producing grain steel storage silos. Our silos are widely used in storing grain (such as wheat, corn, maize, rice, paddy, malt, barley, soybean, etc.), seeds, feeds, flour, plastic pellet(such as PP Pellet, PA Pellet, PVC Pellet),wooden pellet, etc;
We could calculate, design, manufacture and install grain silo system according to customer requirements. The silo capacity ranges from 10Ton to 10000Ton. All silos are made of hot dip galvanized steel sheets with 275g/m2 galvanized coating.
We have 2 kinds of silos: flat bottom silo & hopper bottom silo;
For 10ton to 1000ton grain storage, we suggest you use the hopper bottom silo;
For 1000ton to 10000ton grain storage, we suggest you use the flat bottom silo;
2. Hopper Bottom Steel Silo:
Characteristic:
Hopper bottom steel silo are famous for its automatic discharging process. The grain inside silos could unload automatically due to its gravity, and it's very efficient;
The concrete foundation construction is easy to make than flat bottom silos;
The steel legs are made of H beam which have good quality.
3.Structure:
Including silo roof, silo body and hopper bottom:
Silo roof: including natural ventilation vents, suction fan, handrail, roof ladder, manhole etc;
Silo body: silo door, silo door platform, outside and inside ladder, safety cages;
Hopper bottom: steel leg, laces for steel leg, ventilation net pipe;
